Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Brandnests LLC, we understand that project needs can shift unexpectedly. We strive to be as flexible and transparent as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and obligations.
How to Cancel a Service
If you decide to cancel a service, please notify us in writing via email. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the cancellation process and respond within five (5) business days.
Any services not yet delivered beyond the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund, as outlined in our policy below.
Cancellation Guidelines
Completed Milestones: Payments for completed milestones or services are non-refundable.
Ongoing Milestones: If cancellation occurs during an in-progress milestone, you may be entitled to a 25% refund of that milestone’s value.
No Service Initiated: If no work has commenced, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) may be issued.
Refund Policy Overview
Pro-Rated Refunds
If you have paid in full upfront, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. This is subject to meeting our cancellation notification requirements.
Cancellation After Project Start
If work has already begun, we will calculate the value of the services delivered up to the cancellation point. You will only be billed for the completed portion, and any surplus amount paid may be refunded.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
We take pride in our work and strive to meet the highest quality standards. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service delivered, you may initiate a refund request after engaging in our internal dispute resolution process.
Refund eligibility will be evaluated based on:
The type of service provided
The percentage of work completed
Adherence to terms outlined in your agreement or proposal
Refund Process
Submit a Written Request: All refund requests must be made via email with supporting details and the reason for the request.
Review Timeline: Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 14 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
