Cancellation and Refund Policy
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel any of our publishing services, please submit a cancellation request in writing. Your request will be processed within five (5) business days. Any fees paid for services not yet delivered after the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund, as outlined below.
Cancellation Rules

No refunds will be provided for completed milestones.

If you cancel during an ongoing milestone, you may be eligible for a 25% refund for that milestone.
Refund Policy
Pro-Rata Refunds
If you have paid in full for a service, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service. To qualify, the cancellation request must adhere to the notice period stated above.
Cancellation After Work Begins
If the project has already started but is canceled before completion, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond that will be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may submit a refund request following the dispute resolution process. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
